Steps in the bank payment process:
After the completion of your order you will receive in your email a message confirming the order and its number.
1. When depositing the amount please fill in the comments all the necessary information such as your full name and your order number.
2. Keep a copy of the deposit receipt after the end of your transaction and send it to our email order@kaftani.gr indicating your full name and order number.
After we receive your message and find out the payment of your order, the process of shipping it will start on the same or the next business day.
Important notes:
• The order remains active for 24 hours until its bank payment. At the end of this period, without having made the bank deposit, the order is automatically canceled and its products are released. If you still wish your order you should place it from the beginning.
• In case of transfer of money through a different bank branch from those cooperating with our company or it is a bank branch abroad then the customer is charged with all the expenses of each transaction.

Secure Payments: all payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
