If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you received, you can return them within 7 days for Greece and within 14 days for Cyprus from the day of receipt of your order, provided that the product is in its original condition and the receipt is included in the returned packaging of our company.
Once you decide to return your products, you have the following options:
• Exchange of product with others of the same or greater value than that of your original order
• Refund of your money
• We cannot refund money or exchange products that appear to have been worn, washed or not in their original condition even if they carry their labels.
• We cannot refund for products purchased at a discount price. In this case you can choose to exchange products with others of the same or greater value.
• Return costs are always charged to the customer.
• In case of a refund option for orders that were sent by our company with free shipping costs, the cost of transportation will be charged and deducted from the total refunded amount.
• In case of exchange of products with others of the same or greater value, the customer is charged with the return costs. Company’s standard terms of shipments and charges will apply during the shipment of the new products.
• In case of exchange of products with others of higher value, the customer will be informed about the payment of the difference in value.
• In case you receive a defective or wrong product, our company assumes the responsibility of all transport costs as well as the return process through the cooperating courier companies.
• All returned parcels must be sent with courier services of your choice and tracking number as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items during the return transfer. Returns through the post offices will not be accepted.

Returns from Greece & Cyprus:
The steps you follow are as follows:
• Return the original package using the courier company of your choice. In your package along with the receipt, attach the completed return form.
• Then email us at the email@example.com filling in your name, the order number you are returning, the tracking number and the courier service company you chose.
• If you choose to exchange products, you should indicate in the return form the code of the products you return and the codes of your new order. The new order will be shipped according to our standard shipping terms.
